Sewer Sealer™ creates a
long-lasting seal that any user can install who has access to CCTV
equipment.
If during routine inspection
damaged pipe is discovered it takes approximately 20
minutes for an experienced installer to
have it repaired using Link-Pipe Sewer Sealer™
sleeves.
It is suggested that a number of
sleeves of required size be stored on the CCTV truck going out to
inspection.

Sewer Sealer™
Special
Features:
STRENGTH:
Sewer Sealer™
is structurally designed to carry a 5psi. (33kPa)
external water pressure meeting AWWA M11 standard for
Flexible Tunnel Liners. The Factor of Safety is at least 2.5 on
total loads.
Stainless steel
core provides a sleeve with the essential strength needed to support
a damaged pipe and resist infiltration pressure.
MATERIALS:
Structural Core:
The material is SST-316 or a higher alloy for domestic
sewers. For salt water pipes and tropical climate, higher stainless
steel alloys are recommended.
The Stainless steel
used meets ASTM Testing standards A267 & A240.

Grout:
The G-101 grout can be used for potable water

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE:
Sewer Sealer™ resists a wide range of aggressive chemicals
including H2SO4,
HCl and seawater. (Chemical resistance tables are
available on request)
For industrial
applications alloys for the Core are selected according to their
chemical resistance to the effluent.
QUALITY CONTROL:
Manufacturing follows ISO 9001-2000 certified Quality Control
procedures.

WARRANTY:
Manufacturer offers a 10-Year Limited Warranty subject to full
project data being submitted at the time the request to enact the
