  Link-Pipe sewer repair sleeves are designed for a 100 year minimum service life and carry a 10 year Limited Warranty in storm and sanitary sewer environment (Manufacturer specifications apply).  
  Drinking quality water main repair with ultimate pressure not exceeding 300 psi. (20 bar).  
  LINK-PIPE® is  engineered for repair of large diameter water mains, sanitary sewers and storm sewers ranging from 36" to 108" (900mm to 2800mm) in diameter.  
  LINK-PIPE® sleeves made of rigid PVC can be adapted to most culvert designs except the box culvert.  
  Pressure Pipes up to 300 psi.  
  Industrial Pipe-Line repair products use special highly corrosion  resistant alloys for the core of the repair sleeve.

 Structural Repair with Link-Pipe GROUTING SLEEVE™ 

CL (WRc code) CRACK LONGITUDINAL

Pipe condition (Pic. 1): Visible longitudinal cracks. No infiltration, repair site visible to CCTV camera above water (appr. up to 50% full). The repair location shown +389.2 ft from access manhole.

Repair:  Pic. 2 shows the plug inflated. Pic. 3 shows the locks engaged. Full sewer pipe function restored.

CC (WRc code) CRACK CIRCULAR

Pipe condition (Pic. 1):  No infiltration, pipe running up to 50% full. Single visible circular crack.           

Repair (Pic. 2):  First: The Plug with sleeve is moved  past the damage in the pipe. Then it is moved back over the exact position and the plug is inflated (Pic. 3). This location was inspected at 11:33 (Pic. 1) and the sleeve was completely installed at 12:07 (Pic. 3) demonstrating the speed of the repair process.

Pipe condition (Pic. 1): Visible multiple cracks.

Repair:  Pic.2 - first sleeve is installed. Pic. 3  -  The plug with next sleeve is positioned into installed sleeve and from this point is pulled out to create a 2 1/2-inch  (70mm) overlap. 

FL (WRc code) FRACTURE LONGITUDINAL

Pipe condition Pic. 1: Open longitudinal fracture. Visible pipe distortion not exceeding ˝ inch from whole pipe, live service up to 50% full.

Repair: Pic. 2  -  the first sleeve installed.   Pic. 3  -  two overlapped Structural Sleeves installed completing a continuous repair 5'-10" (1780mm) in length.

FC (WRc code) FRACTURE CIRCUMFERENTIAL

Pipe condition (Pic. 1 and 2): Open diagonal fractures limited to a short length of pipe. Visible pipe distortion not exceeding ˝ inch from whole pipe, live service up to 50% full.

Repair : (Pic. 3):  Plug with sleeve is moved to repair location.

FM (WRc code) FRACTURE MULTIPLE

Pipe condition (Pic. 1):  Open  multiple fractures.

Repair : Pic. 2  -  the first double flared sleeve is installed leaving 8-inches (200mm) of the sleeve in sound pipe.  

Pic. 3  -  Plug with second sleeve with single flair is pulled into installed sleeve and with fine adjustment an  overlap of 2˝” (70 mm) is created for continuity with the un-flared end now sitting in the flared end of the first sleeve.

Pipe condition (Pic. 1): A hole in the sewer wall not exceeding 1/3 of the length of the Repair Sleeve.   Visible pipe distortion exceeding ˝ inch from whole pipe, live service up to 25% full.

Repair (Pic. 2):  Plug with sleeve is moved to repair location and inflated to lock it in place.

B (WRc code) BROKEN PIPE

Pipe condition (Pic. 1):  A hole with open diagonal fractures shown extends over the pipe surface. Pipe distortion exceeding ˝ inch from whole pipe is observed.  No infiltration is present.  Water level reaches 25% of pipe diameter.  2 sleeves are used to cover the entire damage.

Repair (Pic. 3): Two overlapped Structural Sleeves  installed completing a continuous repair.

DS (WRc code) DEFORMED PIPE, SHORT REPAIR

Pipe condition (photo 1):  Sewer is out of round. Visible pipe distortion exceeds 1 inch from wholly round pipe. Single sleeve covers the entire damage.

After repair (photo 2): A single sleeve covers all damage.  See that all Locks are engaged.

DM (WRc code) DEFORMED PIPE, MULTIPLE SLEEVE REPAIR

Pipe Condition (Pic.1 Pic.2):  Sewer is out of round. Visible pipe distortion exceeding 1 inch from wholly round pipe.  Live service up to 25% full. Danger of collapse.

Repair (Pic. 3):  Expanding Plug can exert up to 20psi. (1.33bar) net pressure on the expanding sleeve.  In this case the pipe roundness is restored. 

XDS (WRc code) COLLAPSED PARTIALLY PIPE, SHORT REPAIR

Pipe Condition: Pic. 1 -  pipe is partially collapsed.

Repair:  Pic. 2 - Sleeve on Plug approaching repair site. Pic. 3 shows the Sleeve installed and Plug deflated.

XDM - PARTIALLY COLLAPSED  PIPE, MULTIPLE SLEEVES REPAIR

Pipe condition (Pic. 1): Pipe is fully collapsed for a short distance.  The damage can be covered by 3 GROUTING SLEEVETM's. Water level allows inspection of damage. Plug with sleeve arrives.

Repair: Pic. 2 shows the first Sleeve installed and second Sleeve arriving. Pic. 3 shows the final inspection that locks are engaged.

XTS  TOTAL COLLAPSE, SINGLE SLEEVE REPAIR

Pipe condition (Pic.1): Previous CIP short repair is  collapsed for a short distance.  The damage can be covered by one Structural GROUTING SLEEVETM. Water level allows inspection of damage.

After repair (Pic. 2): Picture shows all locks engaged.

XTM  TOTAL COLLAPSE, MULTIPLE SLEEVES REPAIR

Pipe condition (Pic. 1): Pipe is fully collapsed.  Repair needs several  Sleeves to cover the entire damaged area. Water level allows inspection of damage.

After repair (Pic. 2):  Picture shows the second Sleeve installed. The camera is checking that all locks are  engaged.
