  Link-Pipe sewer repair sleeves are designed for a 100 year minimum service life and carry a 10 year Limited Warranty in storm and sanitary sewer environment (Manufacturer specifications apply).  
  Drinking quality water main repair with ultimate pressure not exceeding 300 psi. (20 bar).  
  LINK-PIPE® is  engineered for repair of large diameter water mains, sanitary sewers and storm sewers ranging from 36" to 108" (900mm to 2800mm) in diameter.  
  LINK-PIPE® sleeves made of rigid PVC can be adapted to most culvert designs except the box culvert.  
  Pressure Pipes up to 300 psi.  
  Industrial Pipe-Line repair products use special highly corrosion  resistant alloys for the core of the repair sleeve.  
  Gas Sealer Sleeve™ provides long-term seal of leaks in 4" to 36" diameter gas mains using mechanically locked sleeves. The sleeves are installed internally covering joints, cracks and areas of corrosion.

Sealing Infiltration with SewerSealer™ Sleeve

SewerSealer™ is recommended when long-term reliable seal is desired.

Pipe condition (Fig. 1 and 2):  Pipe joint is open. Ground water level below pipe crown.  Misalignment not exceeding 1/8in.(3mm)

Repair completed (Fig. 3):  From inspection (see time 3:09 at photo 2) to completed installation of the SewerSealer™ 27 minutes installation time was used  (see time 3:36 at Fig. 3).

Pipe condition (Fig. 1):   Infiltrating hole. Pipe joint is open. Ground water level not exceeding 11ft. (3.5m) above pipe crown.  Misalignment not exceeding 1/8in.(3mm)

Repair is progressing  (Fig. 2): Repair completed with SewerSealer™ Sleeve.
