Liners can occasionally run into problems where
infiltration causes delamination of the liner from the pipe
wall, and contributes to the liner failure.
Infiltration problem with CIPP liners can be one or more of
the following:
Infiltration through CIPP ends
Infiltration through tapped (cut) service lateral (where
groundwater seeps from the crack location or leaked joint and find its way
between the liner and the host pipe to reach the service lateral
opening)
Infiltration originated from an abandon service lateral
Link-Pipe provides solutions for CIPP lining using:
1- GROUTING SLEEVE™ or
Sewer Sealer™ to seal and
structurally repair any crack (or source of infiltration) in
the host pipe prior to relining with CIPP
EndSealer™ installation completed Liner end reshaped and sealed
Most repairs can be made in 20 minutes. Link-Pipe sleeves all
come with a 10 Year Manufacturers Limited Warranty and are
designed to last a minimum of 100 years.
